OKCRWC June Candidate Fair

Registration online is now closed, but you can still attend. If you want to buy a food buffet ticket, you can pay at the door.
***Booths are all taken and speaker schedule has been posted. If you are a candidate who did not meet the registration deadline, please come any way. Bring materials to distribute on tables and you will likely be able to speak at the end.

10:00AM to 1:00 p.m. Candidate Fair (Please arrive by 9:30AM). Candidates please arrive by 8:30AM and read protocol instructions here.
We are going old school with an old-fashioned Candidate Fair reminiscent of a State Fair. We’ll have fair foods like hot dogs, Indian tacos, waffle fries, popcorn, cotton candy, donut holes, lemonade and more! $25 for a food ticket (otherwise admission is free). We will have long tables set up where you can sit, eat (if you purchase food ticket) and listen to the candidates. Dress casually as if you are attending a fair!
We’ll have photo booth and live music. Katie & Ryan Walters along with their family will be performing the opening ceremonies.
Candidates who sign up to speak by the deadline (March 29, 2024), will be speaking on a set schedule. All candidate booths are now taken, but all candidates can bring signs, cards, etc and place on tables in the main ballroom.
