Candidate Booth Set Up:
Time: 8:30AM to 9:00AM
Booth Description: The OKC Golf & Country Club will provide a 4-top table with white cloth and two chairs. You can bring patriotic or fair themed décor if you would like to decorate your space.
First come first serve for location of your booth.
You may man your booth or leave materials.
Candidate Protocol for Presenting:
- You will have 2-2.5 minutes to present. There will be time keepers to ensure we keep the program on track.
- When you have 30 seconds left you will see a sign go up.
- 30 seconds later the bell will ring; your time will be up and you may finish your sentence then exit the stage.
- At minimum, please state your name; office you are running for including area (for instance District 2), qualifications, most critical issue(s) and your plan for solutions, why you should win the vote and a closing statement
- Please be respectful of time limit for other candidates and please pay attention to time keepers.
NOTE: We recognize that all attendees and candidates are voters. We ask that beginning promptly at 10AM during candidate presentations that attendees are respectful and as much as possible pay attention to the candidates who are speaking. We will have noise monitors floating the room.
