HB3214 passed the House mid March 2024. This bill ensures that nurses, doctors, and other health care professionals and organizations in the state are not forced to participate in specific procedures or pay for services that violate their deeply held beliefs. One such procedure is abortion, but there are others too.

  • Conscience rights were supported by Trump when he was President, but not by Obama or Biden. Conscience rights were also not supported by former OK CD5 Congresswoman Kendra Horn (video below).
