OKFRW Biannual Convention

The OKFRW Biannual convention is Friday and Saturday, October 24^th & 25^th, and the First Ladies Dinner is scheduled for Friday evening, October 24^th.

Even if someone is not a voting delegate at the OKFRW Biannual Convention, attendance is still incredibly valuable and impactful. I encourage you to encourage all members of your clubs to attend.

Friday 1 to 4PM is FREE to attend and there will be statewide candidates speaking and campaign tables for each.

The registration fee on Saturday (8AM to 3PM) is $75 (or lunch only for $50). This event is more than just a business meeting. It is an opportunity to be engaged, learn firsthand how the process works, and bring that knowledge and enthusiasm back to your clubs. By being present, you will gain insight into how decisions are made, deepen your understanding of the Federation’s work, and strengthen your ability to encourage greater participation among your members.

In addition, several candidates for the upcoming 2026 election will be in attendance. This provides a unique opportunity to meet them directly, hear their platforms, and build relationships that will be vital as we prepare for the future of our state and our nation.

Everyone’s presence demonstrates unity, commitment, and the strength of our Federation. I encourage all members, regardless of voting status, to attend and be part of this important event.

Also, I strongly encourage everyone being and attending the First Ladies banquet.  This is our only candidate account fundraiser for the year and is a wonderful opportunity to get dressed up, hear from a dynamic speaker, and fellowship together.

• Let your club President know if you will attend Friday and Saturday (or just Friday or just Saturday). The 1-4PM event is FREE. The Saturday convention is $75 (or lunch only $50).
• Please mail your $75 registration fee (or $50 lunch fee), made payable to OKFRW to be received by October 10th, to Sue Thompson, OKFRW Treasurer, 9973 Birkenhead Ct., Yukon, OK 73099. Please note that after that date, the registration fee increases to $100.
