Membership Tea — Gov. Kevin Stitt

The Membership Tea is just around the corner and scheduled for Monday,
October 7, 2019, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. It will be held at the Phillips Pavilion at the Governor’s Mansion. The address is 820 N.E. 23rd Street, Oklahoma City.

General parking for the event is located in the lot on the west side of the Mansion Grounds off of Phillips Street. Enter the Grounds at the Phillips Street gate across the street.

Handicapped parking is permitted in the lot on the Mansion Grounds. Enter at the Phillips Street gate.

Reservations are mandatory. A photo ID and birth date are required to enter the Governor’s Property.

If you are currently an OKC RWC member, your assigned caller will be contacting you with
Membership Tea information and taking your reservation. Please RSVP to your caller in
September no later than Thursday, September 26. Be sure to give her your complete birth date: month, day, and year. Your reservation will then be submitted to June Howard, Membership Tea Chairman.

Guest names that have been submitted will receive an invitation by mail and are asked to RSVP to June Howard at [email protected] or 405.740.6327 no later than Thursday,
September 26.

If you wish to have an invitation sent to a guest, please be sure to give June Howard the name and address of the invitee, including zip code, by Wednesday, September 11th.
