DESCRIPTION:Friday\, May 5th & Saturday\, May 6th\nWe will share details from the OK GOP as we receive. Here’s the most current information that what we have. \nFriday and Saturday\, May 5-6\, 2023. The the Rules Committee will meet to determine the agenda for each day of the state convention. On or shortly after Friday\, May 7th\, the OK GOP will notify Delegates of details/agenda. \nFRIDAY NIGHT AWARDS GALA & DINNER\nThe Friday night Gala Awards Dinner will be at:\nRenaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center\n6808 S 107th E Ave\, Tulsa\, OK 74133\nFeaturing U. S. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA)\n5:30PM to 6:30PM VIP Reception (Tickets starting at $250)\n6:30PM Awards Gala & Dinner (Tickets starting at $125)\nRESERVE YOUR SPOT>> \n2-DAY STATE CONVENTION\nThe convention will be held at:\nUMAC Tulsa ( Union Multipurpose Activity Center )\n6836 S Mingo Rd\, Tulsa\, OK 74133 \n8:00AM – 10AM Friday\, May 5th: Registration & Credentials. Friday morning arrive at convention by 8AM if possible. There will be breakout sessions starting around 10AM. This is a guestimate and once we have the official notification to Delegates\, we will confirm. \n8:00AM – 4PM Saturday\, May 6th: Convention. This is a guestimate and once we have the official notification to Delegates\, we will confirm. \nBUS TRIP TO TULSA\nTravel the FUN Way to Tulsa for the State Convention \nRELAX & have some FUN at the GOP St. Convention.  Taking the convention by bus\, makes the trip ENJOYABLE\, where you can meet new “LIKE-MINDED” people with the great LUXURY to sit back and relax. Travel stress-free\, with no hotel\, parking\, food\, or gas expenses\, no boarding the pet\, and you spend the night in your own bed. Plus\, getting information from folks in the know about activities at the convention.  ENJOY & be SMART!  Take the bus to Tulsa each day for about the same price as gas. \nDATE:  May 5th and May 6th\nTIME:  Leave 6 am\nLOCATION: Turnpike Commuter Park\, 5273 NE 122nd St\nCOST:  $120 for both days (that’s the cost of gas alone) \nMORE INFORMATION:\nclaire@okcogop.com\n405-849-5198\nDEADLINE TO RESERVE: April 18th (we need to know how many to reserve the bus) \nRIDE/HOTEL SHARING & FINANCIAL SUPPORT\nOKCOGOP and the OKC Republican Women’s Club are also coordinating carpooling\, hotel room sharing and sponsorships for those who may not be able to otherwise afford a trip to Tulsa and overnight stay.
