DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT\nMeetings are open to OKCRWC members and their invited guests. Please text or call the club at 405-397-4257 to RSVP. We serve complimentary muffins\, coffee and tea at each meeting. Networking starts at 10:30AM and program kicks off at 11AM. \nOur annual Christmas Luncheon & Holiday Market is always a heartwarming event. This year\, author of Jesus & Politics\, Bunni Pounds\, is our featured speaker. We’ll have a 3 course meal for those who want to purchase a $75 ticket. For members who do not wish to eat. we’ll have tables in the back with beverage service. We will have live Christmas Carolers\, lots of networking and giveaways. Get your holiday shopping kicked off with our Holiday Market featuring local boutiques. Don your best Christmas outfit and be prepared to celebrate the holidays with us! \nFamily friendly event. We will learn two important defense strategies – physical techniques and psychological strategies. RSVP via text or call to 405-397-4257. \nFeaturing:\nInstructor Leslie NesSmith\nCertified Self-defense Instructor\nFormer U.S. Open Kung Fu Champion \nLeslie NesSmith is a certified self-defense instructor and former U.S. Open Kung Fu Champion (2000). Drawing from years of martial arts expertise and her personal story of surviving an assault\, Leslie has developed “survival self-defense”—a practical system blending physical techniques and psychological strategies. Her classes focus on empowering individuals to recognize\, avoid\, and diffuse potential threats while equipping them with effective tools to defend themselves if necessary. She has been teaching women survival self-defense for about 15 years.
