The 2025 Rose Day indoor rally is set to take place inside the Oklahoma State Capitol on Wednesday\, Feb. 5\, at the onset of the legislative session.\n\nRegistration begins at 9 a.m. on the 2nd floor\n\nRose distribution begins at 9:30 a.m.\, with attendees encouraged to bring red roses for their legislators\, the Oklahoma Governor and Lt. Governor.\n\nAt 11:30 a.m.\, in the Oklahoma House of Representatives Chamber\, 4th floor\, the pro-life rally will begin.
