Drawing from years of martial arts expertise and her personal story of surviving an assault\, Leslie has developed “survival self-defense”—a practical system blending physical techniques and psychological strategies. Her classes focus on empowering individuals to recognize\, avoid\, and diffuse potential threats while equipping them with effective tools to defend themselves if necessary. She has been teaching women survival self-defense for about 15 years.
